Residence Laura is located just 20 metres from the beach, but it is also in a central position, close to the pedestrian zone.

Check-in is on Saturdays, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm while check-out is no later than 10:00 am on departure day, to allow for the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Management is deeply committed to complying with all WHO health and hygiene guidelines, designed to ensure the utmost safety of our guests and give them peace of mind.

Each apartment has a free covered parking space underneath the building, from which guests can reach their apartments by lift.
Management will be responsible for arranging where the cars are parked, based on their size and weight and the fuel the vehicle uses.

The final balance payment for the holiday must be paid on arrival, when the keys are handed over, either in cash, within the legal limits, or by cheque.

Each apartment has independent air-conditioning, which has been carefully sanitized; energy costs for it (as well as other utilities) and the washing machine are already included in the price of your stay.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the apartment complex.

Several bicycles, fitted out for carrying children too, are available for guests to use free of charge; these are subject to availability and cannot be pre-booked.

Cots, high chairs, baby baths and safety rails for beds are available, free of charge, on request.
